Integrated Catering Management
ALMACO’s Integrated Catering Management system, ICM, is a tool for collecting information about all variants of consumption in the catering areas, such as water and steam consumption and consumption of energy for cooking equipment, ovens, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, and lighting. Ventilation, hoods and canopy equipment can also be connected to ICM, thereby providing full visibility of the consumption of all equipment in the catering area.
ALMACO’s galley and refrigeration control and monitor subsystems GEM (Galley Equipment Management system) and REM (Refrigeration Energy Management system) are fully compatible with ICM that works as a collector and overview displayer of information gathered from REM and GEM. The ICM dashboards are fully adaptable to each end-user for showing different information depending on the role of the end-user.
When used to its full potential, ICM is the ultimate tool for making informed decisions that result in energy and water savings, less equipment downtime and failure, as well as longer equipment lifespan.
