ALMACO Group Delivers Catering Solutions for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Ilma
ALMACO Group is pleased to announce the successful delivery of state-of-the-art catering solutions for Ilma, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s latest superyacht, built at the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France. The project encompassed the design, supply, and installation of galleys, provision stores, refrigeration systems, and a linen chute. Delivery was completed on July 12, 2024.
Comprehensive Catering Solutions for Ilma
The galleys aboard Ilma are outfitted with advanced technology to ensure seamless food preparation and service. ALMACO designed the provision stores to maximize storage capacity while maintaining optimal conditions for provisions. The installed refrigeration systems guarantee that perishable items are stored at precise temperatures, to preserve freshness and quality throughout each voyage. ALMACO delivered a custom-designed linen chute to support the yacht’s laundry operations.

Among its many features are advancements, including a liquefied natural gas (LNG)-ready fuel system, an advanced water treatment system, an efficient heat recovery loop, and LED lighting designed to minimize environmental impact.
ALMACO’s catering solutions were designed to enhance Ilma’s operational efficiency. With high quality and durable equipment, the galleys and refrigeration systems are built for reliability, reducing energy consumption, and minimizing maintenance needs.
As Ilma continues on its inaugural Caribbean season, ALMACO extends its best wishes to The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and its guests. ALMACO looks forward to continuing its collaboration on Luminara, the next yacht in the series, slated to debut in July 2025.
