ALMACO Group and OiL Chef are thrilled to announce the successful deployment of OiL Chef’s advanced deep fryer device on Fred Olsen’s fleet of vessels.
Energy savings translate to cost savings
“Thanks to this innovative solution, Fred Olsen has managed to reduce frying temperatures in their fryers by 4 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, we are excited to introduce the SPL and the new HPL units, which are even more effective at reducing oil consumption. The HPL unit is the latest addition to our marine portfolio, offering improved performance and a slightly larger design,” explained Sean Farry, CEO of OiL Chef.
